Weekly Update

Hi Everyone, we hope you have all had a wonderful week. A few weekly reminders.. Availability – please ensure you are updating your availability weekly either via our website, app, email or by texting through to 0458540101. We are receiving quite a few shift requests and are finding quite a few of you are either not returning our calls or texts when you are down as available however are then calling in to ask if we have work available at a later date. Please do understand these are difficult times and we are fortunate to still be receiving shift requests to be offering you all. We are doing our very best to ensure this continues but we do need you to work with us and at the very least respond. Equally if you are placing availability and things change then please let us know preferably prior to you being offered a shift as at that time we have already contacted clients to advise them of your availability. Influenza Vaccination – have you sent in your influenza vaccination details? If not, your file is on hold so please do so ASAP or make contact with the office to advise what your circumstances are around not having the vaccination. Education & Training – have you completed all of your mandatory training? We are updating all of this information on everyone’s file at the moment and if you have completed these elsewhere please let us know so we can update it on your file. We also have a number of courses available that are not mandatory at a reasonable price, if you are interested in completing these or would like further information please email education@firstcallhealth.com.au We hope you are all feeling well and are coping better with the further easing of restrictions. It most definitely is a testing time for us all but it is important that we all stay safe, follow the directions given by the experts and get through this together!
