We have a number of timesheets that are coming through that facility details are not filled in, classification of staff are not written on the timesheets, timesheets are not being signed off and breaks are not noted and initialled correctly. Please ensure that your are filling out all the details on your timesheet correctly.
As firstcall HEALTH is not working alongside with you on shift, it is extremely important that all of the details on your timesheet are filled in correctly and are initialled and signed by the relevant authorised person at the facility in which you have worked at.
In relation to breaks, under OH&S law, any shift that is five (5) hours or more you are entitled to a 30 minute break. We understand that sometimes you do not get a break as it is to busy or there just simply isn’t any time for you to have one. If this is the case, please ensure that you note on your timesheet, ‘no break taken’ and ensure that the authorised person signing off your timesheet initials that no break was taken as well as signs off as per normal. If the timesheet is not initialled, firstcall HEALTH is unable to pay you for the break.
Lastly, please ensure that you are getting your timesheets signed off before you leave the facility you have worked at. Please understand that if this is not done it will delay payment to yourself as we will need to get the facility to authorise and verify that the details are correct on your timesheet. Unfortunately, we are unable to process timesheets that are not signed.
