We are very pleased to be announcing that our app is now going to be our main source of communication with you all. We have been working tirelessly to ensure that our new app is as efficient as it can be. Most of you by now should have the new and improved app downloaded and working on your phones however if you don’t please do so ASAP. There is a change coming that will mean if you do not have it working you may miss out on being contacted or offered shifts via our messaging service.
Until now, we have been using an SMS service which is why you have all been receiving our shift requests and confirmations via a text. However as we have worked on the improving service of our app and would like to keep everything working and functioning in the one space, the notifications will all be coming through the app. You will still be notified via the app when a message is sent so it really is no different however it is critical you have your notifications turned on as these will come through as a push notification via the app as of MONDAY 22nd NOVEMBER.
If you are having any level of issue or concerns with the app or ensuring your notification option is switched on then please contact us ASAP on 1300984400 or email admin@firstcallhealth.com.au. Instructions are on the link below and if you have any issues getting this working we are happy to arrange a time for you to come in and we can assist you in getting this working on your phones.
Can we also point out that the app now has your payslips, availability which you can amend yourselves and actually see the same information we can, and confirmed or cancelled shifts with address details of the facility you are confirmed at available and accessible to all of you. There will also in the very near future a change to electronic timesheets and perhaps even the option for you to view the many requested shifts that are available all via the app. So as you can see we are trying to improve our service and efficiency in getting you all as many shifts as you would like and can be available for.
Please ensure the app is working because from our go live date of MONDAY 22nd NOVEMBER the text messaging service will no longer be available. With the exception of perhaps on the weekends or after hours there may be if we are working off site that somebody is working from an oncall mobile. However, this may not be very often so please ensure that you have the app notifications working and ready to go.
