With the 7 day lock-down having taken effect today, it is important that we are staying on top of the changes and following the rules to ensure we are keeping everyone safe. The office is now only open by appointment only and everyone entering the office must be wearing a mask, sanitise and use the QR code to sign in.

We have already commenced receiving emails from clients to advise that no visitors are allowed in aged care, some are also requiring PPE to be worn upon arrival just as a precaution to the residents and staff. It is important that you comply with all rules set by the facilities you are attending at all times.

Can you please ensure that if you have had your flu vaccination that you are sending this information through to us ASAP. It is a requirement of continuing to be registered with the agency that you have this vaccination annually as all of our clients require this from all contractors and staff entering their premises.  If you have any concerns regarding having this done please contact the office on 1300984400 immediately to discuss your concerns. There will be a cut off at 1st June where you will not be able to be offered any shifts at all post this date should you not have the flu vaccination.

If anyone has attended any of the exposure sites please do not attend any shifts, you must get tested and isolate until you have received a negative result. Please also be aware that if you are presenting symptoms at any time you must not attend any shifts and get tested immediately, you must also report this to the agency so we are aware and are not booking you in to anything further.
