Founded and established in 2009, firstcall HEALTH became part of the change in how agency work is perceived in Victoria, Australia. Our reputation speaks for itself, and you only need to speak to our staff and clients who can attest to this.

We now service all of Victoria’s suburbs as well as some regional areas and are growing daily with our recruitment team of professionals.

With the primary aim being to provide the highest quality of care, we find a solution to client working needs. For Personal Care Attendant Roles:

• Have at least a certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
• Be a student studying Bachelor, Diploma or Masters or Nursing – or equivalent.
• Have at least 6 months paid working experience within Australia over the last 2 years.

For Enrolled Nurse Roles:

• At least a Diploma of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
• Have at least 6 months paid working experience within Australia over the last 2 years.
• Have a current AHPRA Registration.

For Registered Nurse Roles:

• At least a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
• Completed a graduate year.
• Have at least 6 months paid working experience within Australia over the last 2 years.
• Have a current AHPRA Registration.
• If previous experience is not part of a graduate year, this can be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
